For me, to be an artist is to explore the realms of infinite possibility and to know that we are all part of the creative energy of the ever-unfolding universe. Exploration is all about inspiration. We don’t go anywhere new if we don’t allow ourselves the total freedom of opening up to inspiration and following it wherever it takes us.
There are different explorations on this
site. In each, I am following the inspirations that come to me. In the abstract work, I begin with a basic preconception and see what happens as I move from piece to piece. This art is a meditation. Form and color express energy. It’s my intention that these pieces express the energy of harmony, strength and peace.
In my figurative work, I begin with a concept and go from there. In these works I’m expressing ideas about our human potential for peace and harmony.
